This conference is designed to be experienced over the course of two full days. As such, we don't offer single-day passes.

A detailed schedule will be published in late August. Below is a general overview of the schedule for both days of the event:

Wednesday, 2 October

9:00–10:00 AM: Welcome and opening keynote presentations 
10:00–11:00 AM: Networking refreshment break
11:00 AM–12:30 PM: Workshops (select one to attend, see below)
12:30–1:30 PM: Lunch
1:30–3:00 PM: Workshops, continued
3:00–3:30 PM: Refreshment break
4:00–5:30 PM: Workshops, continued
5:30–8:00 PM: Opening reception on the wharf 

Thursday, 3 October

8:00–9:00 AM: Breakfast
9:00–10:30 AM: Breakout sessions (select one of three sessions to attend)

11:00 AM–12:30 PM: Breakout sessions (select one of three sessions to attend)

Yes! Fueling creativity takes real fuel. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided each day for the duration of the conference. Let us know your dietary needs and/or restrictions during the registration process. If we have any questions or concerns, we will reach out to you directly.

Should the event be cancelled for any reason, InVision is not responsible for airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by attendees.

Yes, they are! Conference tickets may be transferred between attendees from the same organization prior to 27 September 2019. Email the Events team to make the switch.

The dress code is casual. You’ll be inside for keynotes and a few sessions, and outside for breaks and a few special events on the wharf. We recommend bringing layers or a light jacket so you’re comfortable.
Yes, by entering this event you consent to be filmed and photographed. From time to time, InVision uses recorded video and photographs of events and attendees in its promotional materials. Unless permission to record and use such images is revoked in writing to InVision, by virtue of your attendance you agree to the use of your likeness in such materials. All videography and photography will be done in reliance on the consent you give by entering the event.
