Tuomas Manninen is Competence Lead for Design at Finland’s biggest bank, OP Financial Group. He leads one of the biggest in-house design teams in Finland, consisting of about 80 designers. With systematic work, he has been able to move design from an operational role to a strategic one. Tuomas has almost 20 years experience on design, customer experience and marketing, both on the agency and corporate sides. Tuomas has been featured in the Nordic Service Design Documentary and has spoken at several seminars and conferences.
