I lead multiple teams, leveraging design as a strategy for a successful product that reaches millions of people. Specifically, I lead brand, growth, and product design, touching every point of the user journey. I bring with me twenty years of designing high-profile websites and apps, and over ten years of experience building and leading design teams.

Before joining Axios, I led the design team for streaming platforms at Viacom (including MTV, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, and Paramount, among other brands). Previously, I provided design services for private and non-profit organizations such as the United Nations, Medicins San Frontieres, MTV Italy, Gruppo Espresso, SKY Italy, Natura, Grupo Positivo, and Grupo Lumen.

I also serve as a Mentor with the American Institute of Graphic Arts in New York and a Design Mentor with DesignLab, as well as a Member of the Design Leadership Forum with InVision, where we work to advance the practice of design leadership.
