Jack is a Front End Developer at Grow Super, but he hasn't always been on this side of the fence—he started out as a designer. After teaching himself to code and realising the power of cross-functional collaboration, his role evolved into a hybrid Design Engineering position and eventually into the more tech-focused capacity that he operates in today. He is passionate about breaking down silos, improving communication and empathy between Design and Engineering, and is always looking for better ways to achieve the shared goal of building great products.
