Kristeen’s path to her current role began only 4 years ago. Following over 20 years working in audit, risk management, finance and treasury roles in financial services, she took a career change leap of faith to run the Digital Technology team at BT Financial Group.
In 2017, she left Westpac and spent 6 months working with the leadership team of a tech start up, before joining Suncorp’s Digital team in early 2018. For the past year she has been responsible for managing a team of 60 across UX, HCD, digital Content & digital experience automation, with the goal of bringing a measurable, design led, customer centric approach to CX improvements across all digital touchpoints.
Always believing the glass is half full – Kristeen is known for her positive energy and enthusiasm, enjoying breaking down complex problems and a passion for authentic conversations.
