Melissa Robertshaw is the Head of Design & Digital Services for Coles Group and is passionate about leveraging emerging technologies, creating business value and evolving world class customer experiences. She is responsible for design and delivery of personalised, holistic and connected customer interactions across the physical and digital eco-system (spanning the Coles Group brands). Melissa is putting a human-centred design approach at the heart of the way technology and the business work, to better support all areas of Coles in solving increasingly complex problems, and delivering beautiful, simple and connected experiences for their customers.
The majority of Melissa’s career has focused on delivering Digital customer experiences, platform eco-systems and technology, across highly competitive and performing industries: retail, utilities, defence, government and consultancy, which also allows her to bring insight and strategy development experience from a range of sectors. Melissa was formally with EnergyAustralia running IT Customer Channels and consulting into Queensland Police in preparation for the G20 Summit.
